Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Make sure you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically returning the items to us.
All persons have the right to return and/or exchange the order within 14 days from the date the order was placed. The right applies only if Malhaury is notified within this period, and if the product is returned in its original packaging, in the same condition as when it was received.

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. You are responsible for the package until it reaches us. For this reason, we recommend that you send the package with the tracking option. For the refund, we use the same method of payment as the one used for the order. Malhaury reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges if the conditions are not met.
