CONFIRMATION

PAYMENT

Your card information is transmitted directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. Malhaury does not charge any additional fees for card payments. However, your bank may charge additional fees depending on your card. When you pay for purchases by credit card, the initial terms and conditions apply once the card transaction is approved. If no payment is received after your order has been confirmed, Malhaury reserves the right to automatically cancel your order.

RATES

Please note that when shipping an order outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply and are collected at the time of delivery to the shipping address. You will be responsible for paying these import duties and taxes if applicable. Please be aware that Malhaury has no control over these fees and, since they vary from country to country, Malhaury cannot know the amount. ORDERING PROCEDURE

Malhaury reserves the right to change prices and to correct incorrect prices for any order, as well as for any completed sale. If a price is incorrect, Malhaury may be forced to cancel the purchase and refund the amount paid in the best way. This procedure can be done at any time.

Customers have the right to return the order within 30 days from the date of receipt. This right is only applicable when the product and its original packaging can be returned in the condition in which they were received.
